The Captain has been my one stop shop for a few projects.

The first project I called them for was for gutter guard installation. They gave me a fair quote with a couple of options, and were able to install them quickly without trying to upsell, or make additional repairs.

The second project was a backyard deck that spans the whole back side of my house. Again, they were able to provide a quote that was competitive, and throughout the build were highly communicative, and willing to make adjustments along the way.

Finally, they were able to replace a dining room window with a 6' sliding door, along with replacing a sliding door in another location. The attention to detail with ensuring the doors were set correctly did not go unnoticed.

Purchased a home in the spring and we knew a new roof would be needed (interior leaks, rough existing patchwork, etc...).
There are plenty of Roofing Companies to consult with, and I did just that. I must have had 6 or 7 companies out to quote complete replacement of shingled roof, along with replacement of Gutters and Gutterguards.
The Captain offered all services, and had pretty quick availability.
The Price was in the lower half of my various quotes, but in talking to the Sales Rep, and then The Owner (who called to help answer various questions I had), I knew this was a company I could feel good about giving the business to. All aspects were handled in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
The crew worked very hard from the moment they arrived onsite till the daylight was no more. They left the jobsite as clean as you can possibly get it after a complete tear off, and were very mindful of my property (driveway, trees/bushes, AC unit, Deck, etc).
I'm happy to say the on the job experience lived up to the on the phone administration portion!
And post-installation, the owner, Ben, reached back out via Video to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and if there were any questions. An added touch that someone spending a large chunk on money on the work can fully appreciate.

After long and useless search for decent gutter contractors, we were very pleased to give our tricky gutter project to Captain gutters company. Joe came for an estimate and worked out exactly what was needed to be done and suggested what was not necessary. Job was completed on time. We had a tree fall on our roof and The Captain did an amazing job repairing it.  They were able to come out quickly and give us a quote. They walked us through the process and explained each step of the way. Our new roof looks amazing.  They were complete professions and communicated with us clearly and regularly.  The crew that worked on our roof were super careful with our yard and property. Except for the beautiful new roof, you couldn’t tell they were there! The Captain did a great job cleaning our gutters, and for an amazing price. They said they would be coming out within a week for the cleaning, but they came the next day! We called several companies to get gutter estimates. We had just come off of a bad experience with a siding/window project and needed someone to do this job right.  As a salesperson myself, I appreciate a soft sell.  Joe immediately made me feel confident that they would do things the right way. He didn’t push and in the end the price didn’t matter - although they were the lowest of the three bids.  They followed through on every single thing they promised.  They showed up on time and texted me that they were on the way. The highlight for me was the crew they sent out, particularly their lead person, Chris.  He has a super positive personality, let me know what they planned to do, encouraged us to watch them work and check their progress.  The rest of the crew was just as professional and polite.  I know it’s hard to find good employees these days, but The Captain hit the jackpot with these guys.  I highly recommend The Captain. Just trying to figure out our next project to work with them again.
